Defusal Relay Board
The Defusal Relay Board is a local-first coordination tool that records Deaf observations, Mute manual decisions, Blind actions, and explicit results without automated rule solving.
Manual Input Only · No Auto-SolverRole Pipeline
Manual Input Only · No Auto-SolverDefusal Relay Board
Record observations, manual decisions, and confirmed actions across Deaf, Mute, and Blind roles. Zero automated solver; manual team input only.
No Module Entries on Board
Start by assigning roles and adding the first observed module. Deaf observes the bomb face, Mute looks up manual rules, and Blind executes the action.

Note: This relay packet is compiled entirely from manual user inputs. Verify rules before executing.
How the Relay Tool Prevents Handoff Failures
In cooperative bomb defusal, the highest source of failure is information loss during role handoffs. Deaf describes a dial position, Mute checks an outdated table, or Blind presses the wrong toggle switch under time pressure.
This Defusal Relay Board acts as a structured handoff buffer. It records what each role knows, formats a deterministic step summary, and flags conflicts when observations contradict manual requirements.
State Machine & Safety Rules
- Unverified: Default state for any newly added or modified module entry.
- Ready to Relay: Requires module label, Deaf observation, Mute manual decision, and Blind action to all be non-empty with no conflicts.
- Action Confirmed: Requires in-game execution confirmation. Editing any core field on a confirmed entry automatically reverts it to Unverified.
- Conflict: Explicitly flags contradictions, strikes, or ambiguous manual branches. Resolving a conflict returns the entry to Unverified for re-verification.
Defusal Relay Board FAQ
01Does this board automatically solve bomb modules?
No. The Relay Board only records and organizes notes manually entered by players. It never guesses or calculates answers automatically.
02Is my relay board data saved online or in the cloud?
No. All data stays in your local browser storage. Nothing is sent to any server.
03How does URL sharing work without a backend?
The share link encodes your notes into the URL fragment hash (#relay=v1...). It is parsed entirely client-side in the recipient's browser in read-only mode.
04Why does a module entry display a conflict state?
A conflict is shown when players enter contradictory observations, incompatible manual decisions, or when an action fails execution.
05How do I clear or reset my board?
Use the Clear Board button in the board toolbar. A confirmation prompt prevents accidental loss of active game notes.
